If you're in California or Arizona and looking for a therapist, you don't have to.

I offer online therapy for adults across both states with the same approach and the same depth of work, just done remotely. Whether you’re in Arizona, where in-person isn’t an option, or you’re in California, and online simply works better for your life, this is a real and effective way to do this work.

Is Online Therapy as Effective?

For most of the issues I work with, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, eating disorders, and performance work, research consistently shows online therapy produces outcomes comparable to in-person work.

The therapeutic relationship is what actually drives change in therapy, and that transfers well to video.

That said, online therapy isn’t right for everyone. If you’re in acute crisis or need a higher level of care, in-person or intensive support is more appropriate.

For the adults I typically work with, people dealing with anxiety, overthinking, relationship issues, life transitions, eating disorders, or performance challenges, online is a genuine option, not a compromise.
Most clients who start online stay online, not because they have to, but because it works.

What a Session Looks Like

Sessions are conducted over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll get a link before your appointment, no downloads required, no technical setup beyond a device with a camera and a reliable internet connection.

The session itself runs 50 minutes, the same as in-person. The conversation, the depth, the pace, it’s the same work in a different room.

What you do need is a private space where you can speak freely. That’s the one thing I’d ask you to think about before scheduling. A parked car, a bedroom with the door closed, a private office, it doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to be yours for the hour.

Who Online Works Well For

Online works well for certain clients more than others.

Professionals and high performers with demanding schedules who can’t reliably make it to an in-person appointment. Parents with young children or unpredictable days.

People in rural or suburban areas where good therapists are hard to find locally. Clients who’ve moved and want to continue working with a therapist they trust. Anyone who simply finds it easier to open up from a familiar environment.

For Arizona clients specifically, online is the only way to work with me. I don’t have a physical office there. If you’re in Phoenix, Tucson, Scottsdale, or anywhere else in Arizona and you’ve been looking for a therapist licensed in your state, this is that option.

Licensing & Coverage
I am licensed as a marriage and family therapist in both California and Arizona. That means I can legally provide therapy to clients located in either state at the time of the session.

I accept Medicare and IEHP for eligible clients. The cash-pay rate is $205 per session. If you have questions about whether your insurance applies to telehealth sessions, reach out and I can help clarify.

Starting therapy is a big step. It doesn’t have to be a complicated one.

If you’re in California or Arizona and ready to get started, reaching out is straightforward. Tell me where you are, what you’re dealing with, and we’ll figure out the rest from there.
